Services Provided by the Headquarters Office
- Works to ensure respect for and enforcement of the constitution, laws, proclamations, regulations, and directives issued pursuant to the constitution;
- Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the activities of the directorate;
- Following the institution's strategic plan, and based on the directives given by the Head of the Headquarters, ensures that annual plan drafts are prepared by work units; approves the prepared plan upon endorsement by the Head of the Headquarters; distributes the approved plan to the relevant parties; monitors its implementation;
- When there are tasks that require short-term planning and implementation, develops plans and submits them to the Head of the Headquarters;
- Evaluates plans sent from work units under the directorate, identifies deficiencies, and provides feedback by submitting recommendations to the Head of the Headquarters for correction; monitors follow-up;
- Properly reviews reports, statements, records, and memoranda that need to be submitted to the Head of the Headquarters, and if necessary, writes them in a concise and clear manner, facilitating them for decision-making;
- Prepares timely reports on the implementation of formal and informal plans to be sent from the directorate to relevant departments and submits them to the Head of the Headquarters; monitors follow-up;
- Together with the Head of the Headquarters, identifies capacity gaps and limitations observed in work unit planning and reporting, and facilitates conditions for providing training through Administration and Development;
- Ensures work tasks given by the Head of the Headquarters are communicated to work units under the directorate and monitors their implementation; reports on performance to the Head of the Headquarters;
- Timely communicates various meeting invitations and agendas to concerned parties.
